What if I miss a session?

We do not want any of our mini astronauts missing a lesson and will be recording every live session! Therefore, if you happen to miss a session you will be able to watch the recording instead. Once the live session has ended we will send out an email with a link to the saved recording. It will be available online for a whole week, up until the next live lesson. Once a new session has gone live, we will replace the old recording with the new one, so we kindly ask you to catch up with any missed lessons before the next scheduled one goes live.

My child's question could not be answered during the webinar, can he/she get a reply?

Yes of course! While we try and answer as many questions during the webinar as humanly possible, time might not permit us to cover them all. If we could not get to your child’s question in time, please simply send us an email at earth@kidsinorbit.com and we’ll make sure to get back to you as soon as we can!

My child has more astronomy questions - can he/she ask you outside of the webinars?

Absolutely! Part of the course package is our dedication to your child between webinar sessions. Simply email us at earth@kidsinorbit.com with any questions you or your mini astronaut may have and we will get back to you as soon as we possibly can.
